Assembly & alignment:
We take care of the move-in at the final location as well as the millimetre-precise positioning and careful reassembly by experienced mechanical and plant engineers. Lifting and industrial assembly for Mayer Feintechnik:
Accurate to the millimeter – from anchoring to final alignment.
The installation of a system for the metalworking industry required not only crane power and heavy-duty equipment, but also maximum precision. Our team anchored the machine to the hall floor with threaded rods, lifted it into position using a 5-tonne jack and aligned it with millimetre precision – for perfect stability and safe commissioning.

Heavy-duty use with precision.
BKL Nord/Ost relied on the “White Giant”, a powerful loading crane with a lifting capacity of almost 18 tons, for the transport and precise lifting of a 1.1-tonne chamber. After the weather-protected transport, the installation was carried out with millimeter precision thanks to precise lifting technology. Our experienced crane and industrial assembly team ensured that everything went smoothly.
