CM 301.
The powerful 30-meter roofing crane.
The BKL CM 301 is brand new and has been specially developed for carpenters and roofers working on somewhat larger construction projects. It offers a 30-metre radius, 20.7-metre hook height and a maximum load capacity of 2.5 tons. Thanks to the optimized assembly process, which is based on the proven technology of the cranes in the BKL Cattaneo system, it is ready for use on the construction site in no time at all.
For transport, we supply the mobile construction crane with a combined drawbar and kingpin. Of course, you can choose between our low-speed or high-speed axle for the chassis. And best of all: even the largest of our carpentry cranes can be operated flexibly with 230 or 400 V (2.5 instead of 2.2 t).
CM 271.
The most popular mobile construction crane at BKL.
With a radius of 27 meters, a hook height of 20.5 meters and a maximum load capacity of 2.5 tonnes, the roofing crane is the perfect helper for your construction site. With a peak load of 0.7 tons, it can easily lift building materials onto the roof. The pure 2-fall technology allows a high handling speed. Variable boom positions with hook heights of up to 31 meters and the fixed axle (25 or 80 km/h) make it an all-rounder – especially on short-term construction sites. The chassis can be selected with kingpin or drawbar and can be approved in all DACH countries.
Incidentally, the hydraulic support, the small turning radius of just 2.4 meters and the adaptable power supply make installation particularly easy. It was optimized again in 2025.
CM 221A.
Ready for use in no time at all.
The smallest and most manoeuvrable crane in the BKL Cattaneo system, with a maximum lifting capacity of 1.8 tonnes and a maximum tip load of 0.6 tonnes at a maximum radius of 22 meters, offers the perfect dimensions for providing support as a carpentry crane or for roof work. This is because the CM 221A can be driven with full ballast and with a 7.5 tonne truck on a 25 km/h or 80 km/h axle as a crane trailer or crane semi-trailer and assembled in one hour – without the need for additional personnel.
Variable jib positions with hook heights of 17.3 to 24.9 meters, the jib that can be folded back at 10.8 meters and the small space requirement of just 5 x 5 meters offer you complete flexibility when setting up on site.
Transport systems for your needs.
All 3 roofing cranes are available with a low-speed axle (25 km/h) or optionally with a high-speed axle (80 km/h) to ensure that your crane arrives at the site quickly and can be maneuvered easily. And regardless of whether you want to equip your fast-erecting crane as a trailer crane with a drawbar, pivot or saddle plate: We will be happy to advise you!
Axle systems for the BKL System Cattaneo:
- 1-axle low-speed axle from Cattaneo: available with drawbar or kingpin. At 25 km/h, it is an inexpensive alternative to the 80 km/h version in terms of purchase and maintenance, no safety test or TÜV required.
- 2-axle high-speed axle from Cattaneo for CM 271S1: air-sprung, liftable, galvanized, with ABS braking system, lifting and lowering. Electrohydraulically steerable self-steering axle, incl. kingpin (alternatively available with drawbar).
- 1-axle high-speed axle from Cattaneo for CM 221A: air-sprung, liftable, galvanized, with ABS brake system, lifting and lowering (alternatively available with fifth wheel pivot).
